You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. You do not need to provide a reason for your cancellation. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day of your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at support@zestwork.ai with your account email and purchase date. To meet the cancellation deadline, you just need to send your request before the 14-day period expires.

Refund Processing

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. No fees will be charged for refunds.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

Automatic Wallet Credits

Separately from refunds, you are automatically credited when an agent fails to complete a task (error, timeout, or inability to process). These credits are returned to your wallet balance.
